1. Who operates the site

OpsForm is a trading name of Girgis Ramzi, a sole trader based in Brighton, England. The site at opsform.co.uk is operated by Girgis Ramzi. Contact is hello@opsform.co.uk. Formal identity is on the legal notice.

In these terms, “we” means Girgis Ramzi trading as OpsForm, and “you” means the person using the site. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

A postal correspondence address is not published on this website. Brighton, United Kingdom is the public location. It is not stated here as the full address for service of documents.

2. Using the site

The site explains the custom software work OpsForm offers and tells you to email hello@opsform.co.uk about a project. It is general information for businesses. It is not a shop, and it does not take payment. A page, a price range, or a planner result is not a quotation and not an offer we must accept.

You may read the site, send a genuine enquiry, and share links to public pages. You must not:

• break UK law, including by sending unlawful material by email;
• try to reach non-public areas, other people’s messages, or the hosting account;
• test the site for weaknesses without our written permission, or interfere with its security or availability;
• use email to hello@opsform.co.uk for bulk or unrelated marketing, or misrepresent who you are;
• copy the site’s design, text or demos to run a competing service.

We may refuse or discard an enquiry that breaks these rules. Rules for software we build for a client are in the client terms.

3. Enquiries and prices

Emailing hello@opsform.co.uk asks us to consider a conversation. It does not appoint OpsForm, reserve a date, or freeze a price. We may decline work. How that email is used is explained in the privacy notice.

Prices on the site are indicative. The scope, price and payment terms that apply are those in a written proposal. OpsForm is not VAT registered, so these prices do not have VAT added. Hosting, licences and other third-party charges are extra unless a proposal includes them. Where the site says paid discovery is credited against a qualifying new build, the proposal confirms whether that project qualifies.

We take care to keep the site accurate. Pages can be simplified, and they can change. Do not treat a page as a specification.

4. Intellectual property and examples

We, or our licensors, own the intellectual property in the site: the OpsForm name and mark, the text, the layout, and original demo material. Using the site does not transfer those rights. You may not use the OpsForm name in a way that suggests we endorse you, except to say fairly that you are talking to us.

Work examples are illustrative. Some are debranded demonstrations with sample data. They are not a promise that your project will look the same, cost the same, or produce a particular result. We do not publish an identifiable client name, logo, private screenshot, or confidential case study without permission. We may describe generic capabilities and show a properly debranded demonstration that does not reveal confidential information.

Ownership of software written for a client is decided in the client terms and the proposal, not on this page.

5. Availability and other services

We aim to keep the site available. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code. We may suspend it for maintenance, security, or a reason outside our control. Do not send passwords or confidential production data by email to hello@opsform.co.uk.

A mention of a third-party tool is not an integration and is not included in a price. This site uses Render and Cloudflare to deliver pages, and Google Workspace for hello@opsform.co.uk. We are not responsible for a third party’s content, terms, pricing, or availability. If you follow a link, their terms apply.

6. Liability

The site is general information provided without charge. So far as UK law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, or from the site being unavailable or inaccurate. That includes loss of profit, business, or anticipated savings.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not limit liability under a paid client contract. That contract has its own liability section.

7. Law and contact

These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

We may update this page. The new terms apply to use of the site from the date at the top. They do not change a client contract that is already signed, unless that contract says otherwise.
