Do I need a full specification before contacting OpsForm?
No. Explain what happens today, where the process becomes slow or unreliable and what outcome you want. Discovery can turn that into a structured plan.
How much does a custom web app cost?
Discovery starts from £318.50. A small fixed-price project starts from £955.50. A focused starter MVP is typically £3,185–£4,777.50 while larger multi-workflow business systems start from around £6,650. The pricing page explains the assumptions.
Can OpsForm work on an existing application?
Yes. Existing apps can be audited, repaired, extended or modernised. A short investigation is often needed before estimating unfamiliar code responsibly.
Can you integrate Stripe, email, WhatsApp or third-party APIs?
Yes, where the provider offers a suitable API or supported integration. Provider accounts, fees, approval requirements and outages remain external dependencies.
Who owns the finished software?
Project-specific intellectual property and licence terms should be stated in the signed proposal/contract. They should not be assumed from marketing copy, which is why OpsForm confirms this in writing per engagement.
What if the scope changes during development?
New requirements are assessed as a change request. They can be quoted separately, deferred to a later release or—in some cases—exchanged for other not-yet-built scope by agreement.
Do you provide hosting?
Hosting and deployment can be included in a project where specified. The hosting provider, account ownership, environment and ongoing charges should be agreed before launch.
What happens after launch?
Support can be handled ad hoc or through an ongoing arrangement covering maintenance, fixes and improvements. See support & maintenance.
Can AI be added to my workflow?
Yes, where there is a clear bounded task such as triage, draft generation, extraction or knowledge search. Human review and fallback behaviour should be designed around the risk of the task.
How quickly can work start?
Availability varies. The fastest way to assess timing is to send the workflow, desired deadline, budget range and any fixed external dates through the project enquiry form.
Do you build mobile apps?
OpsForm primarily focuses on responsive web applications that work well on desktop, tablet and mobile. Native iOS/Android requirements can be assessed separately if a project genuinely needs them.
What information should I include in an enquiry?
Describe the current process, users, current tools, biggest pain point, desired outcome, deadline and approximate budget. Screenshots or example spreadsheets can be useful later, but are not required for the first message.
